Care, privacy and resolving problems
Share useful things, protect personal details and know when to stop and ask for help.
Share only what you can responsibly offer
Describe an item honestly and share only things you have the right to offer. Do not list illegal, stolen, hazardous or regulated goods, weapons or adult services.
Services are limited to the families below. Licensed and hazardous services remain outside the product.
- Remote tech help
- Ground-level yard support
- Common-area event setup and cleanup
Keep private details with the right people
Do not put exact locations, identity documents or personal contact details in a public listing or ask. Share pickup information only with the people who need it for the agreed exchange.
Keep evidence about a problem in the appropriate support conversation. Do not publish another person's address or private messages to pressure them into responding.
Explain what happened and what is still needed
Stop an exchange if it feels unsafe. For an immediate emergency, contact emergency services. Ordinary support is a separate path for the details of an exchange or account problem.
Describe what happened, the relevant exchange and the next step you need help with. Include only the information needed to understand the problem. Avoid sending payment credentials or sign-in links.
Support can help with conduct and applicable payment decisions. It does not provide insurance, a damage guarantee or promised reimbursement.
Keep track of unfinished obligations
Blocking unwanted contact does not erase an accepted agreement, item return, payment or support issue. A cancelled plan can still have something left to settle.
Follow the stated outcome and any available review path for your case. Do not assume a report grants access to another person's private information or guarantees a particular result.
