Born in Sandbrock Ranch
The everyday idea
It might already be a few doors down
A drill between projects. A ladder waiting for the next job. A folding table that comes out a few times a year. Useful things spend a lot of their lives tucked away in garages.
Meanwhile, a neighbor might need that very thing for an afternoon. Sandbrockshare started with that simple thought: what if it were easier to find out what was already nearby?
The idea grew from sharing things to getting to know the people around them.

A neighbor building for neighbors
Justin lives here, too
Justin is building Sandbrockshare as a Sandbrock Ranch neighbor, starting with a problem he wanted to solve for himself.
When you need something for one small job, buying it can feel like a lot. Someone nearby may already have it, but knowing who to ask isn't always easy.
This is his way of working on that everyday problem, close to home. If you have an idea or a story from the neighborhood, he'd like to hear it.
