The service and these terms

Sandbrockshare is operated by SuperIC LLC. It helps residents discover offers, make requests and arrange exchanges. The people entering an exchange remain responsible for the item, work, driving and commitments they agree to.

Sandbrock Share is an independent, neighbor-run project and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Sandbrock Ranch, Hillwood Communities, or any homeowners association.

Account acceptance and an exchange agreement serve different purposes. Read the terms, care instructions, stated value and any activity-specific acknowledgement presented before committing. A completed account step does not give permission for every kind of exchange.

Who can join and participate

Accounts are for adults who can enter an agreement. Give accurate account and residency information, use your own account and keep its credentials private. You must meet the membership and eligibility requirements shown for the action you are taking.

Residency verification is optional for ordinary neighborhood participation. Additional eligibility checks may apply to a particular kind of exchange; your account explains those requirements before you continue.

A membership badge shows subscription status. It does not verify identity, an address or the safety of an exchange.

Residency confirmation is not a background check, a recommendation or a guarantee of another person's conduct or ability. Children do not create accounts or enter exchange agreements.

Lending, giving and renting items

Only offer an item you own or have permission to share. Describe its condition, included parts, limitations and availability accurately. Free lending has a return plan; giving transfers the item without a return; renting includes an agreed price and return plan.

The item value limit is $500. Before lending or renting, agree on the item's stated value and care terms. Borrower responsibility is limited to that stated value under the accepted terms. This item limit does not apply to golf carts.

Agree on the handoff, care and return before proceeding. Do not mark an exchange complete before it has happened. Photos can document condition, but never include someone else's private details without permission.

The permitted kinds of help

Services are limited to the following families. A broad category does not authorize work outside the agreed, permitted task.

  • Remote tech help
  • Ground-level yard support
  • Common-area event setup and cleanup
  • Do not offer licensed trades, roof or ladder work, medical or personal care, childcare, pet care, or driving for a fee.
  • Agree on scope, location, timing, materials and completion. Do not add work or a charge without a new agreement.

Free cart lending and neighbor rides

Free item lending, giving and asks have no platform fee. Cart lending is free and arranged by the hour. Member rides may be free or share the driver's recorded trip cost; they do not use paid item or service checkout.

For a shared-cost ride, the combined contribution from all passengers must stay within the driver's recorded cost for the whole trip. It is not a separate cost allowance for each passenger or payment for the driver's time.

The driver must be an eligible adult with a valid driver's license. Before using a cart, confirm permission from its owner, its condition and equipment, the permitted route and the applicable road rules. Do not drive impaired or carry more people than the vehicle safely accommodates.

A listing or accepted request does not establish road legality or insurance coverage. The owner and driver must check the actual vehicle, route and insurance terms. Sandbrockshare does not provide vehicle insurance.

Asks, bundles and nearby communities

An ask explains a need; it does not guarantee an offer. A bundle coordinates separate needs that may be fulfilled by different people. Check each offer, provider, timing, price and responsibility before accepting it. One unavailable part does not mean the remaining parts are cancelled.

Sharing across communities requires the applicable community and listing permissions. Seeing an offer does not grant access to a private address or authority to enter an exchange.

Prices and platform fees

Review the total and payment terms before accepting a paid exchange. The fee schedule below describes the adopted policy; a fee page does not activate checkout or make an account eligible to receive payouts.

Item rentals: 10%.

Each paid bundle line: 10%.

Services booked separately: 15%.

The platform fee is deducted from the provider's payout. It is not added to the listed total paid by the person booking.

Sandbrockshare pays Stripe processing costs from its platform fee, rather than adding a separate processing fee to either neighbor's price.

Sandbrockshare does not use deposits or require a subscription.

Payment-provider identity and onboarding requirements apply where paid exchanges are available. Do not use an off-platform payment to bypass a required payment step or restriction.

Changes, cancellation and refunds

An accepted agreement records the plan. Ask the other person about a change and use the applicable agreement action to confirm it. A message alone does not automatically extend a booking, add work or change a price.

If an exchange cannot proceed, notify the other person and use the cancellation or help option available for that agreement. Check the applicable refund terms before cancelling a paid exchange. A request, cancellation message or support case is not confirmation that money has been returned.

Use the displayed payment status and receipt to confirm a refund or payout. Report duplicate or incorrect charges through support. Do not submit the same payment again while its result is uncertain.

Care, privacy and prohibited use

Treat people respectfully, describe offers honestly and honor agreed plans. Harassment, threats, discrimination, deception, impersonation and attempts to bypass access controls are prohibited.

Do not offer illegal, stolen, recalled or unsafe items, weapons, controlled substances, or work outside the permitted service families. Do not publish someone else's address, private messages or contact details.

You keep ownership of content you submit. You authorize its use to operate the service, display your offer to its permitted audience and handle the exchange or support request. Only submit content you are entitled to share.

Responsibility and support limits

Support can help with conduct and applicable payment decisions. It does not provide insurance, a damage guarantee or promised reimbursement.

Check suitability, condition, permissions and your own insurance before proceeding. An exchange has risks, including damage, loss, injury or a missed commitment. Do not rely on a listing, residency status or illustration as a safety certification.

The service does not promise availability, uninterrupted operation, a match, an earnings outcome or the performance of another member. Nothing in these terms removes rights or responsibilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Reports, restrictions and account closure

Contact support about unsafe conduct, an account problem or an exchange that needs attention. Describe what happened accurately and keep relevant information. Support is not emergency dispatch, an insurer or a damage-claim court.

Access or content may be restricted for safety, abuse or a breach of these rules. If you believe a decision is wrong, ask support to review it and identify the decision you are challenging. A request for review does not itself reverse a restriction.

Request account closure through the account or support options. Closing access does not erase another person's records, cancel obligations or automatically refund payments. The privacy notice explains the current limitations of account deletion and export.

Updates and questions

Material changes need a new document revision and the applicable acceptance step. They do not rewrite an earlier receipt or silently change an existing exchange agreement.

Texas law governs these terms to the extent permitted by applicable law. Contact support about the service or these terms. Any mandatory rights that apply to you remain available.
