What we are working toward
Our design work includes readable contrast, keyboard access, clear form labels, understandable errors, responsive layouts and reduced-motion behavior. These are ongoing requirements across the product.
The whole website has not yet completed an accessibility conformance audit. We are not claiming a certification or that every older page already meets the same standard.
Report a barrier
Tell support which page or task was difficult and what happened. If useful, include your browser, device or assistive technology. Share only the information needed to explain the problem.
You do not need to create another account to report a problem. If the support form itself is inaccessible, email support and mention the page you were trying to use.
Ask for a useful next step
Describe what you were trying to accomplish and the format or assistance that would help. We will use that information to investigate the barrier and identify a practical next step.
Do not include passwords, payment details or someone else's private information in a report.
