Yes. Anyone 18 or older can join for free. Sandbrockshare is built around Sandbrock Ranch.
We're opening in waves, and Sandbrock Ranch residents get in first. If you live nearby, have family here or are moving in soon, you'll get in when we open to everyone. You always choose who you share with.
Understand verification
When Plus and Premium open, verification will be a paid ID check that comes with them. It is separate from your email sign-in. Your account shows the requirements for the kind of exchange you want to make.
Use only the verification options offered inside your account. Keep identity documents and exact home addresses out of public posts and messages.
Understand what a badge means
A membership badge shows subscription status. It does not verify identity, an address or the safety of an exchange.
Get back into your account
Sign in to your asks, offers and plans with neighbors with Google, Apple or your email. With email we send a sign-in code each time, so there is no password to remember or reset.
