Golf carts and neighbor rides
Borrowing a cart and arranging a ride are different plans, each with its own requirements.
A cart for a few hours

Cart lending is free and arranged by the hour. Agree on availability, who will drive, equipment, pickup and return. Paid cart rental is not an available exchange family.
Cart lending opens separately when driver, road and insurance requirements have been established. A neighborhood illustration or an account approval is not permission to drive on a particular road.
Make the ride plan together
Ride coordination is for members. Agree on the driver, passenger count, pickup, destination and timing before setting off. Use an adult account; do not arrange unaccompanied-minor transport through the service.
Drivers must make the required licence claim and acknowledgements. A product acknowledgement does not establish insurance coverage or legal clearance.
Keep cost sharing tied to the trip
A ride may be free or share the driver's recorded cost for that trip. All passenger contributions together must stay within that single trip-cost cap. It is not a separate allowance for each passenger.
Rides have no fare, tip, surge pricing or earnings flow. They remain separate from paid item and service checkout, including when a ride is part of a larger plan.
Know what to do if plans change
Let the other person know if you are late, need to cancel or can no longer meet the agreed plan. Reconfirm passenger count, timing or destination changes before proceeding.
For a borrowed cart, cancellation does not complete its return. Stop if something feels unsafe and use support for the exchange details. For an immediate emergency, contact emergency services.
