Sandbrock Share is operated by SuperIC LLC (“we”, “us”, “our”), the entity responsible for personal information handled through the Service. This Privacy Policy explains how personal information is collected, used, and disclosed when you use our service in Sandbrock Ranch.

By accessing or using Sandbrock Share, you agree to the collection, storage, use, and disclosure of your personal information as described here and in our Terms of Service.

Information you provide: name, email, phone number, profile details, neighborhood, avatar, listings (including photos and descriptions), messages with other members, reviews, and transaction information needed to coordinate borrowing, lending, and services.

Information collected automatically: device and browser type, IP address, approximate location based on your saved address, pages viewed, actions taken, and time and date of access. This helps us secure accounts, prevent fraud, and improve the product.

Payment information: when you pay for or receive a payout from a listing, Stripe collects and processes your payment method, bank account, and tax identity information directly. We do not store full card or bank account numbers.

We use information to operate the marketplace, verify neighbors, facilitate messaging and bookings, send service-related notices, protect safety, enforce our Terms, and comply with law. We may use aggregated or de-identified data to understand usage trends; this data cannot reasonably be used to identify you.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your data to train third-party AI models.

With other members: your public profile (display name, neighborhood area, avatar, listings, reviews) is visible to other verified members. Direct messages are visible only to the sender and recipient.

With service providers:we share limited information with trusted vendors who help us operate the Service (see “Service providers” below), under contractual obligations to protect your data.

For legal reasons: we may disclose information if required by law, subpoena, or court order, or to protect the rights, safety, and security of our community.

In a business transfer: if Sandbrock Share is acquired or merged, your information may be transferred to the successor entity, subject to this Privacy Policy.

We use the following service providers to operate the Service. Each is bound by contract to protect your information and use it only to provide services to us:

Supabase, Inc.: database, authentication, and file storage.

Vercel, Inc.: web hosting and content delivery.

Stripe, Inc.: payment processing and payouts (Stripe Connect). Stripe handles all card and bank account data under its own privacy policy.

Email providers (e.g., transactional email services): delivery of service-related email such as password resets and booking notifications.

We retain personal information for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period after to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

When you delete your account, your profile is anonymized (display name, avatar, bio, neighborhood, and phone are removed or replaced), your listings are marked deleted, your favorites and notifications are erased, and your authentication record is permanently removed. We retain transaction and review records as necessary for tax, accounting, fraud-prevention, and legal purposes.

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in, remember your preferences, and keep the Service secure. These cookies are required for the Service to work.

We do not use third-party advertising cookies or cross-site tracking pixels. We do not track you across other websites.

We use industry-standard safeguards: encryption in transit (HTTPS), encryption at rest, role-based database access, and regular security reviews: designed to protect personal information. No method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure; we encourage strong, unique passwords and careful sharing of meeting details.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to:

Access: see what personal information we have about you.

Correct: update or correct inaccurate information.

Delete: request that we delete your account and personal information.

Portability: download a copy of your personal data.

Object: object to certain processing of your information.

You can exercise most of these rights directly in Settings: edit your profile, download your data (“Download my data”), or permanently delete your account. For other requests, contact us using the information below.

If you are a California resident, you have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA):

We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. To exercise your rights, use the in-app Settings controls or contact us below. We will verify your identity before responding.

Sandbrock Share is not intended for children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13 in a manner that would violate the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). If you believe a minor has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date above and notify members in-product or by email where practical. Continued use of the Service after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.

Sandbrock Share is an independent, neighbor-run project and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Sandbrock Ranch, Hillwood Communities, or any homeowners association.We do not share personal information with any homeowners association or community management organization. The use of “Sandbrock” refers only to the geographic community served by this platform.
