List items accurately: include real photos, honest descriptions, and fair prices. If something has a scratch, say so. If it needs batteries, mention it. The best transactions start with no surprises.

Your profile should represent you. Use your real name and a photo where neighbors can recognize you.

Treat every neighbor the way you'd want to be treated. Respond to messages promptly. Show up on time for pickups and returns. Say thank you.

Harassment, discrimination, threats, or abusive language will result in immediate account suspension. This is a community: act like it.

If you borrow something, treat it better than your own. Return it on time, clean, and in the same condition you received it. If something breaks or gets damaged, tell the owner immediately: accidents happen, but hiding them erodes trust.

Document the condition at pickup and return. Photos protect both parties.

Golf cart drivers must be 17 or older with a valid driver's license. Never operate a golf cart under the influence of alcohol or drugs. Follow all community speed limits and road rules.

Passengers must be seated at all times. Do not exceed the listed seat capacity. Report any mechanical issues to the owner before and after your rental.

Per Texas law, golf carts are allowed on roads with speed limits of 35 mph or less. Every cart needs working headlamps, taillamps, side reflectors, a parking brake, and a rearview mirror before each use.

If you offer a service, deliver what you promise. Show up on time, perform the work as described, and communicate proactively if anything changes.

Credentials listed on your profile are self-reported. Do not misrepresent qualifications, certifications, or experience. If you claim to be a certified instructor, you should actually be one.

Do not list stolen property, illegal substances, weapons, hazardous materials, or anything that violates local, state, or federal law. Do not use the platform to facilitate illegal activity of any kind.

Sandbrock Share reserves the right to remove listings and suspend accounts that violate these guidelines or applicable law.

Meet in well-lit, public areas when possible: the clubhouse, community center, or front porch are great options. Let someone know when you're meeting a neighbor for a pickup or service.

If something feels off, trust your instincts. You can always cancel a transaction or report a concern.

If a transaction goes wrong, try to resolve it directly with the other party first: most issues are misunderstandings. If you can't resolve it, use the in-app dispute feature.

Report damaged items within 48 hours of the return handoff photo, with photos of the damage. Sandbrock Share will mediate but cannot adjudicate disputes or provide legal resolution.

Violations of these guidelines may result in warnings, temporary suspension, or permanent account removal depending on severity. Repeat offenders will be banned.
